Technically you have to be 13 to play the game and 14 to join a clan. Ill make this 1 Acception. Although tell ppl he is 13/14 as having underaged members in a clan is against URT rules and could get our clan unlisted.

i don't argee with lying and also make him lie it's bad for our reputation and why make this 1 exception, he will not make big contribution to the clan so there's no reasons. give him some power but we're not gonna have 11 year olds in our clan
